As we see on many industrial sites, this facility is constantly changing in its operations and production requirements. Over the course of a few months the production profile of several departments shifted as new orders were secured – shifting those departments from 24×5 operation to 24×7. This presented challenges in both implementing solutions such as securing a production window for outage works, as well as in the final savings values.

The new work packages were delivered within the original budget and the savings achieved, as well as securing the funding. Investigations using CoolPlanet OS data also identified a significant failure inside a relatively new air compressor on site.
